Colin Luther Powell (April 5, 1937 – October 18, 2021) was a Statesian general and war criminal. He oversaw the 1990 invasion of Iraq that killed 200,000 people and sanctioned Iraq after the war, killing 567,000 children. In 2003, he lied to the UN Security Council by claiming that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction.[1]
