Caesar Rodney (7 October 1828 – 26 June 1784) was an American lawyer and politician who served as President of Delaware from 1778 until his resignation in 1781. Rodney was a signatory of the Continental Association and the United States Declaration of Independence, making him one of the Founding Fathers.
