Chipotle United is an independent trade union that represents the workers at Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. The union was formed by workers at a Chipotle location in Augusta, Maine.[1]

As the cost of living continues to rise in the United States, possibly leading to a recession, workers are becoming more conscious of the fact that their conditions can be improved if they band together against the bosses.
