Gender is a social construct which exists on a spectrum, capitalism uses gender to divide the workers amongst themselves and create sections of superexploited people. The liberation of workers includes the liberation of the Queer community, and as such, Marxists must support those movements. 5. Stalin and Mao were both great revolutionary leaders of their time. Stalin was extremely important in defending the USSR and the world from the Nazis, though definitely had an extreme reaction with the ethic deportations which took place. The "Holodomor" was not a genocide, but a famine exacerbated by resistance to collectivization. Mao definitely made mistakes with the GPCR and GLF, but especially in the case of the GLF it was a net improvement for China. 6. I believe that all of those countries are socialist (excluding the DPRK and Laos since I don't know enough about them, they probably are though) since they have a communist party in power and the dictatorship of the proletariat is in effect. They are all socialist, working towards communism.
