Donald Trump is a American statesman, politician, and billionaire who served as the 45th president of the United States from 2017 to 2021.

Presidential term

In 2017, Donald Trump passed a tax cut that decreased corporate taxes to only 11.3% of profits. He also made a $45 billion cut in food stamp benefits.[1]

In 2020, the United States withdrew from the Paris Climate Agreement.[2]

Under Trump's presidency, civilian deaths caused by the U.S. military increased greatly.[3]

On 6 January 2021 - near the end of his presidential term - Trump rallied his supporters to storm the United States capital in an attempt to reconsolidate his power. The attack ultimately failed and Trump's term came to a close.[4]

Post-presidency

On 8 August 2022, the Democratic Party organized a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) raid on Trump's home in the State of Florida.[5] The Democrats then attempted to cover up their reasoning for the attack.[6]
