Grigori Tokaty (13 October 1909 – 23 November 2003), also known as Grigory Alexandrovich Tokaev, was an anti-communist colonel in the Red Army who defected to the British in 1948. He considered the imperialist UK to be the most democratic country in the world and also admired the United States. His organization mostly consisted of Caucasian nationalists and sought to split the USSR into ten separate states including the North Caucasus, Ukraine, Moscow, and Siberia effectively similar to German Reich (1933–1945) plan of Generalplan Ost that was created during the Second World War. He planned to overthrow Stalin in 1939 introduce bourgeois multiparty rule.[1]
