Kamala Devi Harris (born October 20, 1964) is the Vice President of the United States. Since 2021, she has overseen immigration and threatened leaders of Caribbean countries with neocolonialism. She plans to impose a $764 million IMF loan on Jamaica. In the past, the IMF bankrupted Jamaican potato farmers with its structural adjustment programs.[1]
