Barbara Wise (1947/1948 – November 30, 1996) was an International Trade Administration employee and longterm colleague of Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown. In November 1996, she was found dead in a pool of blood while locked in her White House office. Washington, D.C. Police claimed she died from natural causes.[1]
