Critique of your understanding of "Dogmatism"

Firstly, I would like to make clear that I agree with your statement in the initial part of this essay that dogmatism is a negative force on Marxism, and that it itself is in contradiction with the teachings of Marxism. That is agreeable on my part, and I think it is agreeable to all Marxists.

However, it would seem that in most, if not all of the instances in which you claim were examples of "dogmatism" were false. You use the term dogmatism in such as way as to make it meaningless.

Your claims about "dogmatism" in Stalin's Soviet Union are totally baseless. You are effectively saying that if you support a leader who had done nothing but good for his people, than you are "dogmatic". Regarding the manner in which Khruschev got into power, it was not the case that everyone in the Communist Party was "dogmatic", but rather, that Khruschev and his clique were simply hinding their Revisionism from Stalin. This topic was covered in the book The Khruschevites" by Enver Hoxha. Lastly, the topic of the existance of Socialism post-1956 is undenibly meaningful to this topic, as it defines the actions of the Anti-revisionists for decades and even today.

You call Anti-revisionism, and nations such as China and Albania defending themselves from Soviet Social-imperialism and Revisionism "dogmatic". Your claims that the Cultural Revolution was "dogmatic" is simliarly baseless. A cultural revolution is done to fully replace the bourgeois cultural with proletarian culture, and such. At its core, the Cultural Revolution was Marxist.

The Gang of Four and others were not being "dogmatic", they knew that if Capitalism was restored, China would be subjected to exploitations for decades. Likewise, Deng Xiaoping was not a "materialist", considering his denial of the existance of class struggle and other example of his Revisionism.

Lastly, with the Shining Path (PCP), you simply take examples of claimed war-crimes, a cult of personality, and so on, and claim it is "dogmatic" (that is not to metion you cite Wikipedia, which indicates your militant bias against Anti-revisionism). Beside that, you failed to cover Hoxhaism and such, which should have been done, considering its role in Anti-revisionism. Comrade Wisconcom (talk) 18:29, 16 October 2022 (UTC)
