José Sigfredo Landaverde (1971 – December 14, 2022) was a Salvadoran-born priest and immigrant rights activist. He joined the FMLN guerrilla group after the Salvadoran military killed his family and fled to the United States in the 1990s. He protested against the U.S. war on Colombia and the Republican National Convention's repression of Mexicans and other immigrants.[1]
