Konstantin Valeryevich Malofeyev (born 3 July 1974) is a far-right Russian billionaire and Orthodox fundamentalist. He is a co-leader of the Two-Headed Eagle Society along with Leonid Reshetnikov, a former KGB officer who became a CIA asset in the 1970s. He is a member of the Tsarebozhiye cult, which worships Nicholas Romanov, the last tsar, equating him with Jesus.[1]

Malofeyev owns the monarchist channel Tsargrad TV, which has hosted Alex Jones and Aleksandr Dugin, and leads the Katekhon think tank.[2] Dugin helped Malofeyev connect with fascists from other countries.[1]
