Marxism Today (formerly known as Marxist Paul and Paul Morrin), is an Irish communist YouTube channel[1] run by Paul Morrin that follows Irish republicanism and Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.[2] Marxism Today has done streams with azureScapegoat,[3] Hakim,[4] Socialist Swann,[5] Tankie Talk,[6] and Yugopnik.[5][7] Paul is a member of the Connolly Youth Movement and also runs the YouTube channel, Left on Replay.[4]
Criticisms
Marxism Today has expressed ultra-left tendencies condeming AES states such as, China, Cuba, Vietnam, Laos and the DPRK as “…having unfortunately embraced revisionism, or the capitalist road.”[8] He believes China to be a capitalist, imperialist state despite never debunking his own video stating otherwise.[9][10][11]
