Zimrilim (died c. 1752 BCE) was the last king of the Mesopotamian city of Mari. He took power with the support of the Babylonian ruler ʿAmmurāpi, who overthrew a son of Šamšīaddu who was ruling over Mari. ʿAmmurāpi later turned against Zimrilim and destroyed his palace when he tried to rebel against the Babylonian invasion.[1]
