As a consequence of [[wage-slavery]], [[Alienation of Labor|alienation of labor]] occurs when people have no choice but to work in a job they absolutely despise because it is not something they enjoy doing. Therefore, they have no connection to it and in some cases don't even know the purpose of their job but are forced to do it or they will be without food, water, transportation, shelter, and most importantly, healthcare.
