| He Taught at the National School of Administration in the Mali republic in 1963 and 1964, and at the University of Algiers in 1965 and 1966. In 1977 and 1978 he headed the department of economics and organisation of production at Annaba University (Algeria). He lectured in France, Finland and Denmark and in developing countries including Morocco, Tunisia, Guinea, the Congo (Brazzaville), Tanzania, Benin, Cameroun, Laos, Syria and others.

He considers both the theory and practice of planning in the conditions of real socialism created in the soviet union and problems of planning facing the countries that have taken the road of socialist orientation or have already begun the building of socialism.
