Alternative for Germany (AfD) is a far-right political party in Germany known primarily for its Euroscepticism, bigotry, and strong stance against immigration. It was created by the Verfassungsschutz, the West German secret police. In December 2022, AfD participated in a coup plot with the Reichsbürger movement.[1]
