The Victims of communism memorial foundation is a US-government organisation founded by the United States Congress in 1993. Its purported mission was to "educate Americans about the ideology, history and legacy of communism".
In April 2020, the foundation announced it would count all worldwide deaths from the 2019 coronavirus pandemic as victims of communism[1] and lost whatever little credibility it had left.
