Sun Tzu was a Chinese general and philosopher revered in East Asia as a legendary military figure. Born in the Zhou Dynasty without definite date, Sun Tzu is credited with one of the first uses of the dialectical method applied to reality. Their analysis of war constitutes what may be called a primitive dialectical materialism.[1]
