The People's Commissar for Internal Affairs of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (Russian: Народный комиссариат внутренних дел Союза Советских Социалистических Республик) was the head of the People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs of the USSR (NKVD). Four men occupied this position between 1934 and 1946.
