Tesla, Inc. is a Statesian company founded in 2003 by computer scientist Marc Tarpenning and electrical engineer Martin Eberhard. With about a fourth of the shares of the company, it is mostly led and controlled by Elon Musk.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, a United States federal government agency, has declared that Tesla vehicles accounted for nearly 70% of reported crashes involving driver-assist systems.[3]

Anti-union activities

In 16 February, 2022, Tesla's CEO Elon Musk fired dozens of employees of the company's plant in Buffalo, New York, a day after the workers announced their unionizing campaign.[4][5] In the same period, several bourgeois media outlets, such as Business Insider, pushed articles related to Musk's donations to charity from a year before.[6]
