1: I found Prolewiki through Lemmygrad, and wanted to contribute since many of the articles aren't that big. I want to contribute wherever I can but mostly when it comes to geopolitics.
2: I am an ML, and have been for the last two years. Used to be a LibSoc (but never anarchist) but slowly realized all my criticism of 'authoritarian socialism' was based on anticommunism and started transitioning to ML.
3: I've read it and agree with everything
4: I'm pro-LGBT and believe you can't be Marxist wihout supporting LGBT people. I'm trans myself. My view of gender is that it's seperate from sex and that people can't choose their gender.
5: Mao Zedong and Joseph Stalin are two of the most important socialist leaders, and their contributions are central to communist philosophy. They improved their countries' living standards and liberated them from reactionaries. I have some criticism of them however but that is not systematic criticism. For example, I think the Four Pest Campaign was a disaster and I think that the deportation of the Crimean Tatars was not well thought out.
6: Those countries are all socialist, because they all are working towards communism through the leadership of a workers democracy. Some have made concessions, like Deng, but those concessions were necessary and doesn't change the nature of the leadership.
7: Settler-colonialism is colonialism where a settler group takes over land that doesn't belong to them and drives out or genocides the native population. Examples are USA, Canada, Israel, Australia, New Zealand.
8: My analysis is that the Palestinians are fighting against settler-colonialism and genocide, and this struggle has endured for 100 years, intensifying after 1948. The Palestinian resistance is taking up arms since that's the only way they can defend themselves and october 7th is an example of that. It didn't happen in a vaccuum and they defended themselves for a reason and it wasn't a terror attack like the western media claims. I support all fractions of the Palestinian resistance because they are all fighting for the liberation of their people (especially the communist ones). That means I support Hamas and Islamic Jihad.

1: Dialectical materialism is a materialist theory where real world conditions and functional contradictions, like social class, are emphasized.
2: National liberation and landback are important, I feel like they are essential for us communists to support
6: Because Marxism realises that the transition to communism is long and can't be rushed so a transitional state is necessary. Other
7: Imperialism is the way rich countries pillage the economies in neocolonies in order to enrich themselves while leaving the people in the global south poor. The IMF and World Bank help imperialism because they make countries sign loans that only enrich the capitalists while leaving the poor wore of. BRI undermines imperialism by letting countries do trade that benefits both sides, that lets global south countries develop.
8: i have read works by marxists. Ive read some works from Engels and Marx and have read State and Revolution by Lenin. State and Revolution stood out to me because it helped me realise the need to a transitional state and think it helped me become an ML.
