I'm Ashley and I have too much free time, also, my pronouns are She/Her so that's cool too, I think.

2. I took a political quiz called Ideosorter and the result said that I was a Castroist, prior to that, I was probably more liberal up until recently. It should be noted, however, that I haven't really read any of the works of Karl Marx or Friedrich Engels (although I do intend on doing that at some point when I get the time), my understanding of Marxism-Leninism is that there is a vanguard party that leads the working class through the revolution, there will be a transitory state under socialism before eventually reaching communism (a classless, moneyless, stateless society).
 
3. I agree with pretty much all of it, you'll hear no objections from me.
 
4. I believe China is quite complex, to me, it is a socialist country, it may not be perfect absolutely, but I believe that through its ruling party that it is socialist.

While I haven't read much about him and while I do have criticisms of some of his actions (such as recriminalising homosexuality), I do see him as someone that was great at ensuring the Soviet Union's stability, admittedly I can't say much beyond that as I haven't looked into him too much, I've mostly looked into Lenin in comparison to other Soviet leaders.

Personally, I'm (as far as I know) non-binary and I believe that Marxists should support the LGBT community, I see Cuba as a great example in regards to LGBT rights compared to other AES countries, if we count countries that don't exist anymore, I believe the German Democratic Republic also did a great job in that regard as well.}}
