1. Where did you find ProleWiki?
I am a Marxist-Leninist with an interest for history. I also read a lot, the good stuff ending up here.

I found ProleWiki from browsing Lemmygrad. I've lurked on Lemmygrad for around 2 years now, while having made an account just recently.
I can be contacted on Matrix, @chaay:genzedong.xyz

2. What current of Marxist thought do you uphold? Describe as thoroughly as needed your path towards your current political perspective.

I'm a Marxist-Leninist, still learning a lot. When I was younger, I was staunchly anti-communist, even if I had no idea what it was, because of the reactionary nature of the environment I grew up in. I had my brief Reddit liberal phase, then I became an Anarchist. Because I'm a FOSS enthusiast, I got attracted into the libertarian side of things, as the Linux community is full of them. Though, when the conflict in Ukraine began, I discovered Lemmygrad. It took me many months of reading and learning to deconstruct the ideological indoctrination I was exposed to, but eventually I could declare myself a baby Marxist. Since then, I've continued to learn and read Marxist works of all kinds and perfect my understanding of Dialectial-Materialism.

3. Have you read our principles? Comment your agreements or objections to their points.

I've read over them and uphold all of them. I admire the fact that ProleWiki is trying to make an encyclopedia based on democratic governance and collective ownership, because other similar websites such as Wikipedia, aside from being full of imperialists and literal Western governments that do edits, have become very corrupt.

4. What is your understanding of gender? Should Marxists support the LGBT community?

Gender is a social construct that is defined by each society. In Africa, we had societies with six genders, Egypt had three, etc. To add to this, I personally consider myself Non-Binary.

Of course, Marxists should support the LGBTQIA+ community because it's part of class struggle. Even if imperialists take advantage of queer rights in the West, the revolutionary potential of the struggle should not be lost, but rekindled.

5. What is your position on Joseph Stalin and Mao Zedong? How would you describe their historical role? Share any comments or critiques you have regarding them.

I support both Stalin and Mao. Stalin was the first person to truly reduce inequality, left the world with a space program, was cunning overall. My one criticism of his would be the deportations. Without him, the USSR might've collapsed early on because of either Trotsky or the external fascist threat. He helped make a workers' state that beat the nazis and raised the standard of living for millions.

Mao did his fair share of mistakes as he reached old age, for example the GLF. He has my deepest admiration for his time fighting the Japanese, then the KMT. China eliminated famines, raised the standard of living for everyone, raised the average lifespan by over 30 years under Mao, etc.

6. What are your thoughts on China, Vietnam, Cuba, DPRK and Laos? Do you believe any of these countries is socialist? Why or why not?

I support all 5 AES states. All of them are socialist because the state is controlled by the Vanguard Party, even if the economy has capitalist elements, they pursue socialism, then communism, as their end goal.

7. Have you read anything on Marxist feminism? What are your perspectives on it?

I've read a few works by Alexandra Kollontai, and I'm researching Angela Davis. I think it's much more in-depth and connects women's liberation to class struggle, unlike liberal feminism which poses it as a question of representation mostly.

8. Do you think abolishing the family should be a goal of the communist movement? If so, how would it be abolished?

Of course, the family is the basis for the accumulation of capital and is linked to private property. Once you'd get the economic incentives out of the way, I think a better, free love is possible. Not treating children as property would be another thing that would be solved.

9. What in your opinion is the most pressing matter for communists in your country?

To form some kind of organization, as they've been virtually destroyed since 1989. All the unofficial parties that exist today are made out of 20 nostalgic members that have read no theory whatsoever, this is excluding the ones that are pretending to be communists.

10. What do you believe is the main difference between Marxism and other anti-capitalist movements?

Marxists actually have a material way of bringing about revolution and dismantling capitalism. Most other anti-capitalist movements such as Anarchism, although more complex, basically are idealist and go with the "state bad" rhetoric, somehow it should be abolished from the first day.

11. What are your thoughts on national liberation or the concept of land back (either one)?

The stolen land by the colonizers should be given back to the natives, I fully support it. National liberation, too, is an important objective we as Marxists support, which can be seen from the critical support of anti-imperialist states.
