Iahmes II (died 526 BCE) was a pharaoh during the 26th Dynasty of Egypt who ruled from 570 to 526 BCE. He came to power when the army mutinied against Wahibra following failed military campaigns in Libya and Palestine. Like his predecessors, he oversaw the development of iron tools, and his power relied on the temples and foreign mercenaries. Iahmes was succeeded by Pesmetjek III.[1]
