Northrop Grumman Corporation, or Northrop Grumman, is one of the world's top defense companies,[1] with the United States Department of Defense and intelligence community being its primary clients.[2] It is headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia, USA. Since 2019, Kathy Warden has been the company's Chairman, President, and CEO.[3][4] According to Open Secrets, in the 2020 U.S. election cycle, PACs and individuals associated with Northrop Grumman contributed $3,517,253 toward Democrats and $3,147,821 toward Republicans.[5]

According to the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC), a non-violent peace activist organization, Northrop Grumman "manufactures multiple weapon systems used by the Israeli military against Palestinian civilians, and was instrumental in developing ICE's deportation machine."[6]

Northrop Grumman has been ranked among the top water polluters in the "Toxic 100 Water Polluters" index by the Political Economy Research Institute of the University of Massachusetts Amherst for multiple years.[7][8]
