Samuel Webb is an Statesian political leader who served as the Chairman of the Communist Party USA from 2000 when he succeeded Gus Hall, until 2014 when he was replaced by John Bachtell.
In 2016, he renounced his party membership and joined the imperialist Democratic Party.
