The Chinese bourgeoisie has deeply penetrated China's "people's" government, both metaphorically and literally. It is no secret that a large portion of the people who make up the Chinese parliament are millionaires and billionaires, most others are petite-bourgeois, and only some are Proletarians. The milionaires and billionaires in the Chinese government are by far the most powerful, form cliques with their fellow bourgeois, and owning a large amont of banking capital. In short, the Chinese government has long-since been subverted by Capitalist interests.
