This entire essay is a dishonest representation of Hoxhaists' view on China. We do not define Socialism based upon "dogmas", but based off a scientific analysis of what Socialism is.
You furthermore ignore very clear Capitalist traits of the People's Republic of China, and over-focus on the Productive Forces, not on the economic or political state of China.
I would recommend reading this work.
