A userbox is a small colored box designed to appear exclusively on a Comrade's user page as a simple-yet-effective way of informing comrades about yourself. Userboxes can be added to the comrade's user page via adding a template. There exist pre-made userboxes, as well as a blank userbox, which can be edited into something of the Comrade's choosing.
Be mindful that like anything else you add to Prolewiki, userboxes you add will likely be public forever, even if you later have your user page deleted. (Like other Prolewiki pages, your user page will be regularly archived in the database dumps and may be archived by third parties such as the Internet Archive.)
Creating Custom Userboxes
In order to create a custom userbox, the comrade must insert the template that is simply named "Userbox", and then list the needed parameters, such as "info", "id", and "border".

Added Pre-Made Userboxes
In order to give yourself a pre-made userbox, you need only to insert the template-name of the userbox.
For example, inserting the template named "User Communist" will generate:
