Marco Antonio Rubio (born May 28, 1971) is a U.S. politician. He previously ran for president and is now expected to become Trump's Secretary of State. He has supported U.S. funding for Ukraine and Israel.[1]

Congress

Since the beginning of his political career in 2000, Rubio has threatened enemies of the U.S. with coups, sanctions, and war. In 2019, he cosponsored a Senate resolution that condemned a UN Security Council resolution saying that Zionist settlements violated international law.[2]
