Bebeti (28th century BCE – c. 2670 BCE) was the last ruler of the second dynasty of ancient Egypt. He put down a rebellion in northern Egypt and centralized the state. According to contemporary sources, between 47,209 and 48,205 people died in the rebellion.[1]
