Tailism is a tendency within Marxism to cater to reactionary views that further divide the working class, on issues that are inextricably linked to class struggle, such as racism, feminism, and LGBTQIA+ rights, instead of leading, elevating and uniting the entire working class in revolutionary struggle.[1][2][3]
