Mobutu Sese Seko Kuku Ngbendu wa za Banga (14 October 1930 – 7 September 1997) was a U.S. puppet and billionaire who ruled Zaire (now the DR Congo) from 1965 to 1997. When he fled from power, he had $6 billion stored in various Swiss banks.[1]
