The Arctic Council is an intergovernmental organization consisting of Canada, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Russia, Sweden, and the United States. Since 2022, all of its members except Russia have boycotted the organization, and NATO is seeking to take control of the Arctic.[1]
