The International Marxist Tendency (IMT) is a Trotskyist political international founded after Ted Grant and his followers broke from the Committee for a Workers' International. The IMT is active in over 40 countries. The IMT shares many similarities with a cult and engages in cult-building tactics to grow its influence.[1]
The IMT has announced it will relaunch itself as the Revolutionary Communist International (RCI) at its "World School of Communism" in June 2024.[2]
