The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is a U.S. government agency created by the National Labor Relations Act of 1935 (NLRA) that processes complaints from workers mistreated by their bosses. It takes an average of 650 days to resolve a case. Later amendments to the act, including the 1947 Taft–Hartley Act, made sympathy strikes and secondary boycotts illegal.[1]
