Reform or Revolution[edit | edit source]

Reform or Revolution's initial publication was in 1898-1899. This version was titled Social Reform or Revolution. The second edition was published in 1908.[2] In Reform or Revolution, Luxemburg argued that social reform alone cannot fully change the modern social order.[3]
