United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) is a Statesian multinational shipping & receiving and supply chain management company founded in 1907. The company was originally known as the American Messenger Company (1907–1913) then Merchants Parcel Delivery (1913–1919) before becoming United Parcel Service.
Workplace conditions are poor[1], which means it's ripe to be unionized. The Teamsters Union is considering taking on UPS and Amazon.[2]
