The Five Eyes is an imperialist intelligence alliance consisting of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.^[1] According to Edward Snowden, they spy on each other's citizens^[2] in order avoid laws against domestic surveillance.^[3]
