Nhân Dân ("People" in Vietnamese) is the official newspaper of the Communist Party of Vietnam. It was founded in 1951 at the Viet Bac revolutionary base during the Anti-French Resistance War and was inspired by the Thanh Niên newspaper founded by Ho Chi Minh in 1925.[1]
