Robert Marion La Follette Jr. (February 6, 1895 – February 24, 1953), nicknamed Young Bob, was a Statesian politician and cofounder of the Wisconsin Progressive Party. He was the son of the progressive leader Robert La Follette. At the time of his death in 1953, he was planning a political comeback and writing a book about his connections to communists in the House of Representatives who were investigating corporations that violated collective bargaining and minimum wage laws.[1]
