Caesar Rodney (October 7, 1728 – June 26, 1784) was a Statesian lawyer and politician who served as President of Delaware from 1778 until his resignation in 1781. Rodney was a signatory of the Continental Association and the United States Declaration of Independence, making him one of the Founding Fathers.
