The United States Declaration of Independence was a historical document declaring the secession of the Thirteen Colonies from the British Empire. It blames the British for inciting slave rebellions and calls indigenous peoples "merciless Indian Savages."[1]
George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, Caesar Rodney and James Madison drafted this constitution.
