FIRST VERIFICATION QUESTIONS (please answer all 6 of them):
Hello!
1. Where did you find ProleWiki?

I found it through someone mentioning it in a Discord server I am part of.
My name is Rangerjs1 and from the [[United States]] and currently reside there.
2. What current of Marxist thought do you uphold? Describe as thoroughly as needed your path towards your current political perspective.

I would describe myself as a Marxist-Leninist. I started out reading Marx’s writings and slowly started reading the writings of both  Marxist-Leninists and of anarchists and found myself disagreeing with anarchists and agreeing with nearly everything I read that Lenin and Mao wrote. I also personally feel that elements of Juche can be very useful to incorporate depend upon the material conditions present there.
I am a [[Marxist-Leninist]] and believe we must put all effort towards the promotion and propagation of [[Scientific socialism]] and that [[Communism]] is the only path forwards for us as a species.
3. Have you read our principles? Comment your agreements or objections to our principles.

I have read and agree with the principals.
I speak English as my primary and first language and speak/am continuing to learn Spanish as my second language.
4. What is your understanding of gender? Should Marxists support the LGBT community?

Gender is related to one’s self-expression and to the way one relates to the world around them. I fully feel that it is imperative that Marxists support LGBT people as their oppression is directly tied to class oppression.
Vegan, atheist, antitheist
5. What is your position on Joseph Stalin and Mao Zedong? How would you describe their historical role? Share any comments or critiques you have regarding them.

I feel that they have had an overwhelmingly positive influence on world history. I feel that Stalin has had a greater influence in a positive manner than Mao though I also disagree with Stalin on a few things. I disagree with his criminialization of homosexuality (though I put it into the time period in which he lived) and feel that he did not properly handle the things that need to be done prior to the transition to his successor after his death. I personally agree with and support Stalin and Mao on most other things.
I oppose the [[Communist Party of the United States of America]] and consider them not just reactionary but to be borderline [[Patriotic socialists]] and 100% [[Zionist]].
6. What are your thoughts on China, Vietnam, Cuba, DPRK and Laos? Do you believe any of these countries is socialist? Why or why not?

I believe that all of them are currently socialist though do not think any country has handled things perfectly. I support them in their struggle against capitalist power and fully understand and support the major changes they have brought for the working class in their perspective countries.

3. What are your thoughts on national liberation or the concept of land back (either one)?
I believe national liberation is necessary before true liberation can be occurred because outside forces will never act in favor of the workers in that nation. This is why communists ought to support national liberation movements such as that in occupied-Palestine.
4. Have you read anything on Marxist feminism? What are your perspectives on it?
5. Do you think abolishing the family should be a goal of the communist movement? If so, how would it be abolished?
6. What in your opinion is the most pressing matter for communists in your country?
I live in the United States of America and believe the two most pressing issues are the military’s invasion of other nations leading to a stronger capitalist force in the world but strongly and resolutely be opposed and we as communists must always fight against the expansion of the military industrial complex. The other most pressing issue is low union membership harming pro-workers movements. I think that all communist must work to show the benefits of unions.
7. What do you believe is the main difference between Marxism and other anti-capitalist movements?
Marxism is based on actual analysis and experimentation in the world and is scientific whilst other anti-capitalist movements are utopian and act as a wishlist rather than a plan.
8. What is your analysis of the situation between Israel and Palestine?
I believe Israel is lead by fascistic colonialists who have stolen land from Palestine. I support a one state solution with Israel being required to return 100% of the land to Palestine. I boycott all goods produced by Israeli companies and believe that Zionism is inherently racist.
