Daniel Hale is a Statesian political prisoner. He worked in the U.S. drone warfare program from 2009 to 2013 before becoming releasing documents showing that the majority of drone strike victims in Afghanistan were innocent civilians. He was sentenced to 45 months in prison in 2019.[1]
