Henry Marshall (1909 – June 3, 1961) was a U.S. Department of Agriculture employee who was killed in 1961 while investigating Billie Sol Estes for fraud. Authorities immediately ruled his death a suicide even though he had been shot five times and at least three of the shots were debilitating.[1]
