Mick Lynch is a British trade unionist and General Secretary of the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers (RMT) since May 2021.[1]

Career

Lynch worked as an electrician and then as a construction worker until being blacklisted from working due to being in a union. He joined the RMT in 1993 and served two terms as Assistant General Secretary. He organized a strike of rail workers in June 2022.[1]
