Is this organization actually existing outside their webpage? What are their relevance? What parties adopt this as their international affiliation?
As far as I can tell, there's one international affiliation actually adopted by many Hoxhaist parties, which is the International Conference of Marxist–Leninist Parties and Organizations (Unity & Struggle). I've never heard of the one in this article
