Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV, commonly known as AB InBev is an international imperialist cartel of drink and brewing companies based in Leuven, Belgium. It has approximately 630 beer brands in 150 countries.
It formed through merger of the Belgian Interbrew and the Brazilian AmBev, and the acquisition of the Statesian Anheuser-Busch. Its largest shareholders are Capital Research & Management Company (0.67%), Manulife Financial Corporation (0.64%) and Fisher Asset Management, LLC (0.47%).[1]
