Abdullah ibn Hamoud Tariki (19 March 1919 – 7 September 1997) was a Saudi politician and former oil minister. He was a follower of Nasser and had support from the Free Princes, a progressive faction of the royal family. He tried to limit the power of the monarchy and met with Juan Pérez of Venezuela to help create OPEC.[1]
